The food from room service was absolutely wonderful! My compliments to the chef!
I didn't like having to hold down a button on the blow dryer the entire time I was drying my hair.

Very quiet inside, although there was a lot of activity, people just around the corner.
My flight got in early but I couldn't check in until 2 pm and was suffering from jet lag.
Very friendly staff, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, very clean.

Friendly, courteours, efficient staff and convenient location.
I did not find anything wrong with the hotel.
We found the HI Hotel Camden Lock very good. The room was certainly clean and the staff very courteous and efficient. On arrival, the safe was not working and my husband rang reception to report it. Within a few minutes, a mechanic/staff came to fix it and the reception followed it up with a phone within half hour if it was fixed. My husband was very impressed by the service and how quick the safe was back in working order. We were very impressed by the hotel staff. The breakfast was very good.
